Why RGV Said NO To Balayya's Movie

Update: 2019-02-19 05:20 GMT
It is known that the director Teja opted himself out of NTR biopic that featured Balayya. But even before Teja entered the scene Ram Gopal Varma was supposed to helm the movie but he said NO.

When asked about the reason, "If you're making a movie on Mahatma Gandhi's life there is no point in making it if we are not going to show his fight with Britishers. Similarly, NTR's life a superstar and gaining stardom are just incidents, but the real drama started when Lakshmi Parvathi entered his life. There is no point in making biopic if you're not showing that." Said RGV. When asked if 'Lakshmi's NTR' was fueled by the anger that Balayya didn't give him chance to direct NTR biopic, RGV said, "Not at all. I'm not a mad person to do such things. As NTR happens to be a public figure, anyone could make a movie on him and I'm trying to show the world the unseen aspect".

It is known that 'Lakshmi's NTR' trailer has been getting a massive response from the audience. We have to see how far the movie is going to impress the audience.
