Touted to be the biopic on beloved leader Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, 'Yatra' movie is all set to hit the screens on February 8th, 2019. Under the direction of Mahi V Raghav, Malayalam Megastar Mammootty played the role of YSR in the film.
The trailer of the film has already received a positive response from the audience and the makers have recently organized the grand pre-release event of the film. Talking at that event, the speech of a young guy who worked as assistant director for the movie impressed the audience. Apparently, the assistant director got big help with YSR's Aarogyasri scheme as it helped his mother's heart surgery. He stated that at that time the surgery costs more than 5 lakhs but because of YSR's scheme the operation took place at Kamineni hospital for free of cost. "Today if come to my home in Dichpalli, Nizamabad, you will see three photos of YS Rajasekhar Reddy. Because, even after 19 years of the heart stroke, today my mom speaks to me only because of YSR's scheme." Said the young guy.
"I've worked as assistant director to Yaatra so that I could pay a little tribute to the great leader" he added. Not only this young guy but also so many people across the Telugu States got help with the schemes of YSR.
