YSRCP planning to move party office to Vizag by Oct-end?

Is AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy planning to move the YSRCP headquarters from Tadepalli to Visakhapatnam? Highly placed sources say yes. If all goes well, by October-end, the YSRCP may shift its headquarters from Tadepalli. The party office will then function from Vizag, which would be the administrative capital of Andhra Pradesh.

This is being seen as a critical development in the process of shifting the capital of AP to Vizag.  As per YS Jagan’s plan, Kurnool would be the judicial capital, Vizag the administrative capital and Amaravati the legislative capital. The Central government has already said that it has no role to play in deciding the capital or the number of capitals. Though the TDP and some farmers from Amaravati region have approached the court, the YSRCP government seems determined to move the administrative capital to Vizag. As the first step, the ruling YSRCP will move its state office to Vizag.

If sources are to be believed, the YSRCP will have its office on a rented premise. The construction of a separate building would take time. At the same time, the secretariat too could be shifted at the earliest The YSRCP government is trying to get the legal hurdles removed for the three-capitals proposal. Once that is done, the shifting would be only a matter of time, according to YSRCP sources.
