'War 2' Director Claims That Tarak Is A Speedy Gonzalez!

As part of 'Devara' promotions, the full interview of NTR with director Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt got out. It was an entertaining interview where Alia promoted her upcoming film 'Jigra' while NTR talked about 'Devara'. As expected, it is Karan who hosted the whole interview and maintained the balance. There was mutual admiration between all three of them. With Karan co-producing 'Jigra' and releasing 'Devara' in Hindi, he made sure that enough spotlight was given to both the films.

Talking about NTR, Karan revealed some interesting words said by his 'War 2' director Ayan Mukherji. He said, “Director Ayan Mukherjee has the privilege of directing Jr NTR in WAR 2 and he says to me that Tarak is a Speedy Gonzalez, who comes to the sets with lots of energy and finishes the job in seconds and leaves. He comes, he's brilliant and makes it happen. Ayaan is a ponderer and for him, Tarak is the exact opposite.”

Alia Bhatt too showered praises on Tarak and revealed her working experience during 'RRR'. She said, “I heard so much about Tarak and his stardom and expected to be severely intimidated by him that I might forget my lines. But then, the set was pin drop of silence, and I've shot for that major (RRR's NTR-Alia meet scene) scene quite comfortably. In NTR's eyes, whatever he's saying will get reflected.”

'Devara' will be hitting the screens worldwide on 27th September while Alia's 'Jigra' will be coming out on 11th October. Janhvi Kapoor is making her South debut with 'Devara' and Saif Ali Khan is playing the villain role. Anirudh is the composer and the film is expected to be an intense action saga.
