Re release collection record: Who is on Top?

It has become increasingly common for the Telugu audience to receive multiple re release films in theatres. The re-release trend continues to impress audiences and bring huge box office numbers for classic South Indian films. Here’s the list of top total collections from recent re-releases.

At the top stands Ghilli 4K with an outstanding ₹32.50 crore, showing Vijay’s timeless popularity. Following it is Sachien with ₹13.60 crore, proving that romantic dramas still attract fans. Khaleja 4K starring Mahesh Babu collected ₹10.78 crore, while Murari 4K earned ₹8.90 crore. Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh 4K also performed well with ₹8.01 crore.

Another Pawan Kalyan classic, Kushi, made ₹7.46 crore, continuing his strong re-release run. Arya 2 Re-Release starring Allu Arjun collected ₹6.75 crore, and SVSC brought in ₹6.60 crore. Mahesh Babu’s Athadu 4K followed closely with ₹6.45 crore, showing its evergreen appeal even years after release. Businessman 4K rounded off the list with ₹5.85 crore.

Fans are now eagerly waiting to see if Baahubali, the iconic epic directed by S. S. Rajamouli, can make it into this top 10 list after its expected re-release. Given the film’s unmatched scale, grandeur, and global popularity, it may very well dominate the charts again and prove why Baahubali remains a once-in-a-generation cinematic experience.

The natural expectation now is that the Baahubali epic would be right every existing record with magnanimous collections all over.
