Baapu FL: Lovely n Enigmatic

Baapu is the title finalized for the third film from Comrade Film Factory. Directed by Daya, the film features Brahmaji in a leading role, brings a host of talented actors into the fold, including Amani, Balagam Sudhakar Reddy, Dhanya Balakrishna, Mani Aegurla, and Avasarala Srinivas.

Rana Daggubati released the film’s first look poster, introduces us to a family gathering at the food, lovingly serving their father his favorite food. At first glance, the poster radiates love and joy. However, the mischievous expressions on their faces hints at the darker, more serious undercurrents that will unfold in the film.

The film's premise, a dark comedy drama based on real-life events, examines the emotional journey of a farming family that is forced to grapple with a dire decision: one of them must die for the rest to survive. It's a dark, poignant exploration of how desperate circumstances can dramatically alter human behavior.

The film’s cinematography is handled by Vasu Pendem, while the music is composed by RR Dhruvan.
