Bhagyashri Demands Huge From Nani’s Makers?

Like it was expected, after a blockbuster film happens to their career, while heroines do get emotional and put up a tearful face on the stages, backstage, they do hike their remuneration. This is happening in Tollywood again, after we have seen how the likes of Sreeleela and Rashmika started demanding more than ₹5 crores per film after scoring a blockbuster.

Buzz is coming that the makers of Nani’s next film, Bloody Romeo, which will be directed by Sujith of #OG fame, have actually approached Bhagashri for the lead heroine role. Though earlier she was available to do films under a ₹1 crore budget, now it’s said to have shot up 2-3 times, and the makers were also shocked. However, as her pairing with Nani will be new, both the director and the hero are trying to get her aboard somehow.

After the success of the “Lenin” movie at the Box Office, finally the tag of unlucky actress over Bhagyashri got wiped off, and she started demanding huge money from the makers. This is a natural process in Tollywood, but back then, the highest remuneration would be ₹1.5 crores, but now in the OTT era, the makers have hiked up to ₹5-6 crores for the likes of Rashmika. Now that the OTT market is falling, we have to see if these remunerations also come down.
