Trolls Using Two Tamil Films & One English Series

Recently, a big film from a big director was released, and the film got positive talk from film circles, but then the common audience is showing their rage on social media against the movie. As the film didn’t got enough stuff to hold the attention of the audience, right now, audience are showing their power by revealing where exactly the film’s scenes are lifted from.

Of course, the central plot of the film is a straight lift from the Tamil film “Con City”, featuring Arjun Das in the lead, as many felt. A fake family posing as the original family, and their backstories, are exactly like in this movie, when it comes to the Telugu release. At the same time, the characterisation of the lead actors is lifted from the movie " Blast " only, which in turn is lifted from a Korean movie. Not just that, the audience is accusing that even the comedy and casual scenes are also lifted.

Apparently, the scenes where the hero flirts with another girl in front of his wife are directly copied, including the camera angles, from the English web series “Modern Family”, whose clips are right now being paraded on the internet. But then, few felt that the central plot actually rested on the English film, Luc Besson’s “The Family”, but the director might have made a lot of changes due to various reasons, and finally ended up cooking this.

While a film’s failure is one thing, the audience ripping it off by giving direct proof of where the story and scenes are being lifted is another thing. Meanwhile, the makers are busy promoting the film as a blockbuster, though the film hasn’t collected 1/3rd of the hero’s previous blockbuster.
