'Bimbisara 2' To Be A Prequel & Not A Continuation!

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram scored a super hit in the form of 'Bimbisara' back in 2022. It ended up in a lot of profits. People did not expect much from this movie and they were treated with a strong story, interesting screenplay and terrific visuals that too on a limited budget. When Kalyan Ram announced 'Bimbisara 2', many expected Vassishta to handle this project too.

But the director is busy with 'Vishwambhara' right now. On Nandamuri Kalyan Ram's birthday, the team of 'Bimbisara 2' released a poster. The actor is busy working on #NKR21 but the concept poster of 'Bimbisara 2' garnered a lot of attention. We can see an army of elephants in the poster which looks quite grand.

Anil Paduri will be directing the second part and the makers included the words “Get ready to witness the virtue of a legend who rules Trigarthala ages before Bimbisara” on top of the poster. The technical standards are going to be top-notch and pre-production works are currently going and the film will go on floors after #NKR21 wraps up. Apparently, it is going to be a prequel rather than a sequel according to reports.

With fantasy films getting a lot of love from the audience, let us see if the second part of 'Bimbisara' retains the magic of the first film or not.

Coming to #NKR21, Pradeep Chilukuri is the director while Vijayashanti is playing a main role in this movie. The movie will also see Sohel Khan, Saiee Manjrekar, and Srikanth in prominent roles.
