Peddi's Aata Coolie Making No Sound

Of course, while Ram Charan played the role of ‘Aata Coolie’ inside Peddi movie, the real ‘Aata Coolie’ of the film is none other than director Buchi Babu Sana. While he grabbed the biggest chance of his career after Uppena, in the name of Peddi, he hasn’t played the game perfectly. Though he tried to fill it up with loads of emotions, the film failed to click in the USA and in North America too. The question now is, what will be Buchi’s next move?

In fact, during the promotions of Peddi, Buchi Babu Sana clarified that he has narrated a concept to Mahesh Babu already and is looking forward to working on that. However, unless the film Varanasi hits cinemas, Mahesh might not be interested in listening to another script and plan his next. At the same time, Mahesh’s priorities might change after Varanasi, as that movie is set for a global release on a large scale. So naturally, Buchi Babu has to look for other stars.

With almost all the big stars super busy with so many projects lined up, Buchi Babu has either the option of doing a movie with a Tier 2 hero, or he should wait for another 2-3 years for a big star to give him dates. On top of that, first he needs to write a compelling story that would impress the big stars, rather than doing some experimental ‘aata coolie’ style concepts again.
