Charan And NTR Curious About Peddi?

One of the big film from Telugu cinema releases today in the form of Peddi. This Ram Charan film released in theatres worldwide on June 4 and it happens to be one of the premier theatrical presentations from Telugu cinema in recent times. In the meanwhile, it is being established that not just Ram Charan, but also junior NTR would be very curious about the outcome of this film, and there is a strong reason why.

It was extensively reported that this script was originally NTR and the director Buchi Babu was locked around the Nandamuri Hero for several months after Uppena success. But in the end, NTR could not simply go through with what was presented in front of him, and this project went to Charan.

But even if this script was not originally pitched to NTR and he had nothing to do with it, the choice of NTR not to work with Buchi at that point in time is going to come under question now. The young director might have taken a bit longer than expected to execute this project, but if he delivers a banger, everyone will obviously say NTR messed up the opportunity of working with him.

Buchi comes across as a director, who knows commercial pulse and if he can execute the right beats with Peddi, NTR might come under the radar as his own fans might pounce on him for missing the opportunity.

But at the same time, if the film goes South, everyone will comment that NTR has dodged a bullet and Charan took one. Either way, we will be getting the conclusive public reaction in just a few hours from now, and it is interesting to note that Charan and NTR could be watching it with close intensity.
