Kalki 2898AD: Bujji and Bhairava prelude teaser out

Nag Ashwin is promoting his upcoming sci-fi film, "Kalki 2898 AD," with a unique twist by releasing a two-part animated prelude. Amazon Prime Video confirmed that this prelude, titled "B&B: Bujji and Bhairava," will be available exclusively on their platform starting May 31.

Fans have been excited ever since the robotic vehicle Bujji, voiced by Keerthy Suresh, was introduced. They are eager to see more of her interactions with Prabhas' character, Bhairava. To increase this excitement, director Nag Ashwin has created an animated prelude that will give viewers a sneak peek into the adventures of Bujji and Bhairava, building anticipation for the film's release.

Now, Prime Video released a 52-second video showing children asking Bhairava about the wait and his constant welding. Bhairava then asks Bujji to reveal a surprise, showing the kids a glimpse of their adventures in animation. This prelude of Bujji and Bhairava journey, will be out on 31st May and will be available on Amazon Prime video.

Recently, Nag Ashwin, Prabhas, and the team held an event in Hyderabad to showcase Bujji’s robotic form. Prabhas drove Bujji into a large arena, revealing her to the audience. Actor Naga Chaitanya and F1 racer Narain Karthikeyan also took the custom-made vehicle for a spin, sharing their impressions. Additionally, the film's makers released the theme music from Bujji’s teaser early Monday.

"Kalki 2898 AD" features an impressive cast including Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani. The film is set to hit theaters on June 27.
