Megastar Chiranjeevi: An inspirational Icon of Indian Cinema

Megastar Chiranjeevi, an iconic personality of Indian Cinema, started his life with only dreams in his eyes with no one to lay a golden carpet for him in films. He worked hard to achieve his goal to become an actor. Nothing came easy for him and he never gave up until one day, he became the motivational story that everyone looks up to.

With Pranam Kareedu, he started his career way back in 1978, while he gave his first shot for Punadhiraalu. He moulded himself with the guidance of legendary directors like Bapu, K. Balachander in his initial days and then slowly established himself as a leading man with hits like Punnami Naagu, Kothala Rayudu, Mogudu Kavali.

Blockbusters like Nyayam Kavali, Chattaniki Kallu Levu, Intlo Ramayya Veedhilo Krishnayya, Manchu Pallaki, Abhilasha have established him firmly as a versatile leading actor. Making him the Megastar, Khaidi released in 1983 and he brought revolutionary changes to Telugu Cinema.

He introduced new forms of dancing, making it a big necessity for leading men to perform iconic steps. Chiranjeevi built an empire for himself delivering biggest blockbusters and Industry Hits, becoming the synonym of successful star in Telugu Cinema, till date.

Indian Government honored him with Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan - third and second highest civilian honor for not just his cinematic achievements but his philanthropic activities, too. He always raised his hand to help people in adversaries with his Chiranjeevi Blood Bank, Eye Bank and Charitable Trust.

He proved to be a master craftsman and gave a masterclass on how to achieve the top tier and maintain it. He also highlighted he need to be a symbol of positivity in a society that falls into the traps of negativity easily.
