What Is Vishwambhara’s Plan Anyway?

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s most delayed film in recent times is none other than “Vishwambhara”, which is being carved out by director Vassishta of Bimbisara fame. The film missed the release deadline by two years already, and it has recently come out that the OTT platform that bought the rights has laid down a condition that they won’t allow the release to be too late. That brought the film into a Sankranthi release discussion already.

The latest discussion in Film Circles is about how the movie is going to plan its promotional blitzkrieg. At this juncture, it is coming out that the makers are actually considering releasing a new promo that will erase the previous negativity surrounding the film’s mediocre visual effects quality at that time. Fans are feeling that Vishwambhara should get into the game from Dasara itself, and should release a special promo that day. Whether UV Creations is ready with this plan or not is something to be seen.

However, regarding the release date, earlier it has come out that only Chiranjeevi’s other upcoming film Kaaka, being directed by KS Bobby, will be the only film to hit theatres on Sankranthi eve, and that’s another story. So Vishwambhara should start both promotions and then lock the release date, so that fans will also get excited. Anyway, it’s going to be a two-film treat for mega fans from the matinee idol in 2027.
