Megastar Getting Too Careful With Directors!
After 'Bholaa Shankar', Chiru reportedly decided not to take complete commercial subjects. This is why he put a hold on Kalyan Krishna's project.
Megastar Chiranjeevi is making a comeback to the fantasy genre after a long time with 'Vishwambhara'. He is completely focused on this project and director Vassishtha is moving ahead with complete planning. He is making sure that there are no delays in shooting. A song shooting has also been wrapped up and since this film needs a lot of VFX work, they are planning to allot at least six months of time for it. This means that they need to wrap up the shooting by June since the makers have announced that the film will be arriving on 10th January 2024.
Megastar Chiranjeevi will have a lot of time to take up a new project even before 'Vishwambhara' releases. He has a few options ahead of him. Harish Shankar is planning to do a movie with Chiru under People Media Factory. The story is yet to be locked and it is why they haven't announced it officially. Also, Tamil director Hari who is known for his 'Singham' franchise is reportedly trying to narrate a story to Megastar. Hari is not in form lately and delivered a few failures. He is working on 'Ratnam' with Vishal and it is going to be released in April.
After 'Bholaa Shankar', Chiru reportedly decided not to take complete commercial subjects. This is why he put a hold on Kalyan Krishna's project. This is the reason why director Hari may also not get a chance to work with Chiru. After Venkatesh's film, Anil Ravipudi is also trying to work with Chiru and Dil Raju is doing his best to confirm this project. Puri Jagannadh is also eyeing to score a super hit with 'Double Ismart' and approach Megastar with a mass script. However, Chiranjeevi needs to be careful and not make the same mistake like he did with 'Bholaa Shankar'.
