Johnny Master 14 Days Remanded in Sex*ual Abuse Case

Popular choreographer Johnny Master has been remanded to judicial custody for 14 days by an Upparipalli court. The choreographer, who was facing allegations of sex*ual harassment, will be lodged in Chanchalguda Jail until October 3.
The Narsinghi Special Operation Team (SOT) police had arrested Johnny Master, who had been absconding for the past four to five days, from a lodge in Goa. He was subsequently produced in the Upparipalli court, where the judge ordered his remand.
In the court premises, Johnny Master denied any wrongdoing and issued a warning to those who were seeking him. He claimed that he would not be left alone under any circumstances.
The case against Johnny Master was filed on September 15 by a minor who had worked as an assistant choreographer with him. The Narsinghi police registered a case against him under Sections 376 (2) (A), 506, and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, as well as under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
