Talking about Bigg Boss 7, media reports are abuzz that Andhra cricketer Venugopal Rao who played for the Indian national team in the late 2000s might be a contestant. Having popular faces in the house generates big interest. Though there is no official announcement on this, reports are doing rounds on this.
If the media reports appear true and Venugopal Rao enters the Bigg Boss house. Then he becomes the second former player to enter the house. Earlier, former fast bowler Sreesanth entered the Bigg Boss House Hindi for the 12th season.
Venugopal Rao is from Andhra Pradesh. After a successful domestic career, Rao was given a call into the Indian team in 2005. His stint with the Indian team was short-lived and he played just 16 ODIs. Venugopal Rao also played IPL tournament and represented a few teams. He was part of the Deccan Chargers team which won the IPL trophy in 2009.
