Nandamuri Kalyan Ram's upcoming spy thriller, "Devil," initially scheduled for release on November 24th, got postponed to December 29th, slightly impacting the pre-release buzz. Despite facing tough competition, especially during the second weekend of the highly anticipated "Salaar," the film's trailer managed to generate positive attention, resulting in strong theatrical business.

The movie is reported to have accomplished an impressive business across six territories in Andhra, amounting to approximately 8.5 Cr. Ceeded rights were sold at 3.25 Cr, contributing to a total Telugu states business estimated at 18 Cr.

Overall, the film's worldwide business is projected to reach around 21 Cr, which is considered commendable, especially considering the film's reportedly substantial production budget. The trailer showcased "Devil" as a high-octane action thriller with a captivating blend of mystery and patriotism.

Produced under the banner of Abhishek Pictures, the film's storyline and dialogues were crafted by Srikanth Vissa, while Soundarajan managed the cinematography, and Gandhi Nadikudikar handled the artwork. The music for the film was composed by Harshavardhan Rameshwar.
