A Huge Risk For Dhanush's 'Captain Miller' Now!

When 'Salaar' was announced to hit the screens on 22nd December, things changed quickly for everyone. People who wanted to arrive in December are moving away as they don't want to compete with Prabhas' action thriller which was made on a pan-Indian scale. The news of 'Salaar' and 'Dunki' locking horns has taken center stage. But there was supposed to be another interesting pan-Indian film which announced its arrival just a week ahead of 'Salaar' and 'Dunki'.

It is Dhanush's 'Captain Miller' which was aiming for a December 15th release. With Hindi films not being an influential factor in Tamil Nadu, they thought it was okay to release the movie on the 15th despite 'Dunki' arriving on the 22nd of December. Previously, Dhanush released 'Mari 2' when 'KGF 1', SRK's 'Zero' and 'Aquaman' released. Luckily, it got good collections but it won't be the same now.

If 'Captain Miller' team decides to release the film on the 15th itself, they can't hope for good collections out of Tamil Nadu. Let us wait and see what happens.

Set in 1930-40s, 'Captain Miller' is going to be high on action and drama. Priyanka Arul Mohan is the heroine in the movie while Shivarajkumar did a significant role. Sandeep Kishan was a part of this movie. GV Prakash is the music composer of this movie. Madhan Karky who worked for films like the Baahubali franchise, RRR, and Pushpa has penned dialogues for the Tamil version of the movie. Shreyaas Krishna handles the cinematography, Nagooran is taking care of editing, wherein T. Ramalingam is the art director. The movie is presented by T.G. Thyagarajan of Sathya Jyothi Films and produced by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan. The film is co-produced by G. Saravanan and Sai Siddharth. Arun Matheswara is the film's director.
