Dhurandhar 2 Stuns With ₹44 Cr Premiere Collections

One of the most awaited films ever in India, “Dhurandhar: The Revenge”, which has created huge attention and expectations like a “Baahubali 2”, has finally hit cinemas on March 19th as promised three months ago. However, a day before the release, the film went for grand premieres across the nation. Though there are some hiccups with the dubbing version, here’s how it did with the premieres.

While the Telugu and other local versions of the films faced huge hiccups, even the Hindi version of Dhurandhar 2 got delayed in some theatres of Hyderabad. That led to the cancellation of some shows in Hyderabad and also in other metro cities like Chennai. However, with whatever shows the film got screened, this Aditya Dhar directorial featuring Ranveer Singh in the lead has registered humongous collections.

With an overall occupancy of more than 46% for the premiere shows alone, the film “Dhurandhar: The Revenge” was screened in nearly 12,000 screens and earned more than ₹44 crores nett from the box office. That’s a stunning performance we have to see, and it explains how much the audience is interested in this movie, whose first part took the cinema lovers for a ride.
