History has been created at the Hindi box office as Bollywood has welcomed its newest, highest grossing film of all time in the form of Dhurandhar. The film has created a new sensation by emerging as the highest grossing Hindi film of all time.

Dhurandhar has scripted a historic box office achievement by emerging as the highest grossing Hindi film ever, surpassing the lifetime collections of Pushpa 2 and Jawan, which stood at around 1050 crore.

The film is now steadily marching towards the 1100 crore milestone, creating new benchmarks for Hindi cinema. With its phenomenal run, Dhurandhar has also become only the second film in history to collect 700 crore net from the Hindi version in India, a rare feat previously achieved only by Pushpa 2 with approximately 730 crore net.

What makes this achievement even more remarkable is the fact that Dhurandhar accomplished it without a release in the Gulf market. Traditionally, Gulf countries contribute significantly to the overseas earnings of major Indian films.

Trade experts estimate that a Gulf release could have easily added close to 100 crore to the film’s total revenue. Despite missing out on this crucial market, the film has shown extraordinary strength across domestic and other international territories.

With strong momentum continuing into the weekend, Dhurandhar is all set to claim the number one position at the box office. Current trends suggest that the film is likely to conclude its theatrical run at around 1200 crore worldwide, cementing its place as one of the biggest blockbusters in Indian cinema history.
