3 Worlds 3 Situations 3 Missions -1 'Kalki'!

The team of 'Kalki 2898 AD' are doing all they can to promote the film on a national level. Apart from releasing the trailer, promotional song with Diljit, teasers, an animation series and touring the vehicle 'Bujji' all over the country, they organized a pre-release meet with the media in Mumbai. They are releasing different posters every day in order to establish a base for the audience. They introduced us to the character of actress Sobhana recently and released a video of Nag Ashwin on Thursday where he explained the three worlds created for the film.

Now, the makers have released three different posters showcasing the three different cities that will be showcased in 'Kalki 2898 AD'. They are Shambala, The Complex and Kasi. The world of 'Shambala' is going to be filled with people who fight the conquerors living in the complex. The makers wrote, “Shambala: Waiting For Home' which explains a lot. We can see the whole atmosphere and the mood of this place. According to our mythology, Shambala is the place where Kalki will be born.

Coming to Complex, it is kind of inspired from the Trishanku Swarga concept in Indian mythology according to Nag Ashwin. It has all the available resources including water in abundance, a lot of greenery, huge buildings and it is a place where everyone aspires to be. It is exactly located on top of Kasi which is mentioned as the last city.

Kasi is where all the resources have dried up and people are living on scraps. We have seen people making a living out of bounties and the dry backdrop suggests how tough the situation in the last city of the world. Their dresses, machinery and everything are quite different from the rest. The team made sure that each one of these three are quite unique from the others and serves the purpose of the story without fail.

Deepika Padukone is playing one of the main leads as well. Starring Prabhas in the lead, Nag Ashwin is directing this science-fiction thriller. Keerthy Suresh gave the voiceover for Bujji vehicle. Ashwini Dutt is the producer. Santosh Narayan is the music composer. Amitabh Bachchan plays the role of Ashwattama while Prabhas will be seen as Bhairava. The movie is releasing on 27th June
