Dil Raju Backing SRK's 'Dunki' Against 'Salaar'?
The latest we hear is that star producer-distributor Dil Raju has bought the Nizam rights of 'Dunki' and this is going to be a major boost for the team.
It is quite tough to compete against Prabhas in South India. King Khan Shah Rukh who is enjoying superstardom over the last three decades is also not able to match Prabhas in South India. The 'Baahubali' hero might have been in the worst form of his career while SRK is riding high on the success of 'Pathaan' and 'Jawaan' which minted more than 1000 crores each but a major chunk of theatres in South India will be given to 'Salaar' instead of 'Dunki'.
As we know, both 'Salaar' and 'Dunki' will be released on 22nd December and everyone is eager to witness this battle. While 'Salaar' is a complete action flick, 'Dunki' is going to be a typical Rajkumar Hirani film that is loaded with messaging, emotions and entertainment. People in the South prefer watching a masala action film first in the South and it is definitely going to be a big task for Shah Rukh to attract the people towards the theatres.
The latest we hear is that star producer-distributor Dil Raju has bought the Nizam rights of 'Dunki' and this is going to be a major boost for the team. Though the official details are yet to come out, the industry insiders are sure that Dil Raju will be releasing the film in Nizam while the Mythri Movie Makers team will be releasing 'Salaar' in the Nizam area.
Sources claim that 'Dunki' may release a day ahead of 'Salaar' and it will benefit the film a lot. With not just Prabhas and Shah Rukh but Dil Raju and Mythri's team also joining the tug of war, we need to wait and see how things pan out as the release date approaches.
