It is known that producer, Naga Vamsi finds himself in the middle of a heated Bollywood controversy. This happened after Vamsi recently stated that Bollywood makes films for Bandra and Juhu areas of Mumbai while the masses are left stranding. He further added that Bollywood have had sleepless nights when Pushpa 2 collected ₹86 crore on its first Sunday.
These straightforward comments from producer, Naga Vamsi triggered a serious reaction from several Bollywood celebrities.
Incidentally, Hansal Mehta, the director of blockbuster OTT show Scam had a strong option on this matter.
“Chill dude whoever you are… I live in Mumbai. Been sleeping really well.” Mehta said in reaction to Vamsi’s comment that Bollywood had sleepless night due to Pushpa 2.
Adding further, Hansal Mehta tweeted about Lucky Bhaskar as well in an attempt to belittle Vamsi.
“Since this person Mr Naga Vamsi was being so arrogant and now that I know who he is : His latest hit as a producer Lucky Bhaskar has borrowed liberally from the Scam series. Reason I brought this up is that I feel happy that stories travel and a film in another language suceeds in replicating what has worked for us. Everybody wins.
Nobody is bigger than the other. That narrative is destructive. Arrogance is even worse. To all those haters coming at me on my TL - see you in 2025.” Hansal tweeted.
