Film Collects ₹270 Cr, Audience Didn't Like Twists?
Apparently, it was reported that the story of Drishyam 3 in Hindi will be different from that of the original Malayalam version.
In recent times, no other Bollywood commercial movie has collected this fast, but taking the best advantage of the Gandhi Jayanthi holiday, Bollywood film Ajay Devgan’s Drishyam: The Conclusion, the last film of the franchise, has done the unthinkable. However, the collections are not actually satisfying the audience, because they expected something more.
Apparently, it was reported that the story of Drishyam 3 in Hindi will be different from that of the original Malayalam version. Also, it’s a big shocker that Akshaye Khanna walked out of that film. However, the new and last Drishyam franchise film has collected ₹260+ crores from the opening weekend alone, with Overseas contributing nearly₹6 million dollars. This is so far the career-best weekend ever for Ajay Devgan. Despite the film not having the direct involvement of director Jeethu Joseph, this collection and success is a shocker.
However, the big thing is that despite the film doing extremely well on the Gandhi Jayanthi weekend, somehow it hasn’t impressed with the twists, as per some critics. They feel that the twists involving a prop artist and creating a fake skeleton are far from reality. That said, without a majority of the audience liking the twists, this huge collection is not even possible.
