In the ever-evolving world of Indian cinema, the trend of Bollywood heroes stepping into the shoes of Tollywood villains is not a novel concept. However, the recent buzz surrounding Bobby Doel's antagonist role in 'Animal' has sparked a fresh wave of interest in this crossover. Tollywood filmmakers seem to be increasingly drawn to casting Bollywood heroes as villains, with a notable example being Emraan Hashmi.

Emraan Hashmi, a well-known Bollywood hero, has taken a bold step by venturing into villainous roles in Tollywood. Facing a slump in the success of his recent movies as a hero, Hashmi made a striking debut as a villain in Salman Khan's 'Tiger 3' and later will be appearing as the antagonist in upcoming Power Star Pawan Kalyan's 'OG.' Speculations are rife that he is set to play a pivotal role in the upcoming movie 'G2,' the sequel to the blockbuster 'Goodachari,' starring Adivi Sesh.

While the film's team has not officially confirmed Hashmi's role, the move reflects an interesting shift in casting choices. Banita Sandhu takes on the female lead in 'G2,' produced by TG Vishwaprasad and Abhishek Agarwal. Directed by Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi, with Sricharan Pakala as the music director, 'G2' promises to be a gripping spy thriller, leaving audiences eager to see how Emraan Hashmi's portrayal adds a new dimension to Tollywood villainy.
