Onto its fourth day after releasing on Jan 12th, on the eve of Sankranthi, Superstar Mahesh's latest commercial bonanza "Guntur Kaaram" has literally shaken the mass pockets with its tremendous performance at the ticket windows. The film's amazing numbers reflect the way the family audience and youths have unfurled a red carpet for this movie.

On the Sankranthi day, Monday, Guntur Kaaram did the unthinkable by collecting nearly ₹6.9 crores share in Nizam alone, thus taking the total 4 days share in the region in ₹35.32 crores. In its four-day run in the Telugu states, the Mahesh Babu starrer that got applause for Superstar's energetic performance posted a whopping ₹79.07 crore share. If the Overseas and Rest of India collections are included, Guntur Kaaram stands tall at ₹103+ crores share, thus becoming the crowned king of the Sankranthi box office.

And with Tuesday being the Kanuma holiday, the 4th-day numbers might get repeated yet again, thus paving the way for the film to a record-breaking collection in Mahesh Babu's career. Pulling the film from mixed talk to superhit status is only the Superstar could do, and Mahesh is at it again!
