Trailer Talk: Star Hero Vs Star Hero Is Thrilling

In an unexpected way, Malayalam director Priyadarshan, who is known for his comedy films in Bollywood, has now come up with a riveting thriller. The major part is that the film features two star heroes, Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan, in the leads. Titled “Haiwaan”, the trailer was dropped today.

If we have to go by the trailer, the film deals with an extreme face-off between superstar Akshay Kumar, aka the Haiwaan and Saif Ali Khan, aka the Hero. While Saif loses his eyes in an accident, somehow Akshay starts to kill many and wants to kill Saif as well in the end. Tipped to be a suspense thriller with loads of action, a thumping background score, and amazing visuals set against the rainy backdrop of Mumbai city.

The film also has Boman Irani as a judge and Saiyami Kher as a cop, alongside Shriya Pilgaonkar and Sharib Hashmi in pivotal roles. Guess what: the film is produced by none other than “Toxic” and “Kaaka” movie producer KVN Productions Venkat K Narayana, and will be hitting cinemas on September 11th 2026.

Reports are coming that the film will be released in five other languages besides Hindi, and that will be a big stunner as lots of the South market is also interested in this type of movie.
