Actress and model Hamsa Nandini recently shared a powerful and inspiring post on Instagram to mark International Women’s Day. The post quickly caught the attention of her followers and fans. In one of the picture shared on the profile ihamsanandini, she is seen sitting on a gym bench while holding a dumbbell. Another pic is from her cancer recovery stage. Few pics are of women in her life.

Along with the photo, Hamsa Nandini wrote an emotional caption that spoke about strength, healing, and self-acceptance. She wrote that she has a “strong spine, soft heart, and loud laugh.” She also mentioned that life has broken her many times but she has rebuilt herself again and again. Her message clearly reflected her personal journey and the courage she has shown in difficult times.

In the caption, Hamsa Nandini explained that she is not trying to be perfect or to please everyone. Instead, she said she wants to live her life fully, love deeply, and take up her space in the world with confidence. She dedicated the message to every woman who is writing her own story, whether it is messy, magical, or unstoppable. She ended the message by wishing everyone a happy Women’s Day and added that women are not delicate but “dangerously alive.”

Hamsa Nandini has always been admired for her honesty and strength. Born as Poonam Bartake in Pune, Maharashtra, she started her career as a model. She later moved to Mumbai to follow her dream of working in the entertainment industry. She has been part of the modeling industry since 2002 and has appeared in magazines, television commercials, and major fashion events like Hyderabad International Fashion Week. She has also modeled for platforms such as MaaStars magazine and Celebrity Cricket League promotions.

Her journey in films started with the name Poonam, but later filmmaker Vamsy suggested the name Hamsa Nandini, which later became popular in the Telugu film industry. Over the years, she worked in several Telugu films and gained recognition through dance numbers and special appearances. Some of the well-known films featuring her include Mirchi, Atharintiki Daaredi, Ramayya Vasthavayya, Legend, Bengal Tiger, and Jai Lava Kusa.

In 2015, she played the warrior princess Madanika in the historical film Rudhramadevi.

Hamsa Nandini also showed incredible bravery in her personal life. In 2021, she openly shared on Instagram that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She also revealed that she carries the BRCA1 gene, which increases the risk of cancer. After going through chemotherapy and treatment, she returned to work in December 2022, inspiring many people with her courage.
