Powerstar Pawan Kalyan, known for his selective filmography and enduring popularity, was last seen on screen in "Bro." His next three projects, "They Call Him OG," "Hari Hara Veera Mallu," and "Ustaad Bhagat Singh," have faced delays, causing concern among his fans.

"Hari Hara Veera Mallu," co-starring Nidhhi Agerwal and Bobby Deol and directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, was previously rumored to be shelved. However, producer AM Rathnam recently addressed these rumors at a public event, confirming that the film is very much in progress and will be released in two parts.

Despite commencing production in 2020, the film's ambitious historical setting and extensive VFX requirements have necessitated a longer development timeframe. Rathnam emphasized that prioritizing quality over speed is crucial, stating, "If I wanted to make money; I would’ve insisted on them completing the film within days. The film is set in the 17th century and it takes time."

He further revealed that the film's VFX work will be undertaken in various locations, including Iran, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

With re-editing underway and a confirmed two-part release, fans of Pawan Kalyan can finally breathe a sigh of relief as "Hari Hara Veera Mallu" marches towards its eventual premiere. The film promises to be a visually stunning historical epic, showcasing the powerstar's talent on a nationwide scale.

And some individuals suggest that there may be a delay in their ability to deliver quality work, speculating that Pawan Kalyan's increasing involvement in politics might be hindering his availability and time management for other commitments.
