Big Ticket Releases Steal the Show In North America This Year!

Overseas market has become a huge money spinner for Indian films. They get huge sums of money from North America and other parts of the world. With the amount of Indian population in North America, the money from overseas arena is quite huge. While Tollywood had a decent 2024 till date, there are some super hit films that collected wonderfully at the North American box office.

As expected, the first place is occupied by Prabhas' fantasy action drama 'Kalki 2898 AD'. It got 18.6 million and turned out to be the highest-collecting Indian film in North America in 2024. The 2nd place is occupied by Hrithik Roshan's 'Fighter' which got 7.62 million dollars. We can see the stark difference between the first and second places.

'Stree 2' already stood 3rd and it is still running successfully in theatres. It minted 6.33 million dollars till date. Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao are the lead actors in this film. The 4th place goes to 'Hanu-Man' with 5.31 million dollars. Despite being a film with a fresh cast and unknown people, the movie collected wonderfully across the alone.

'Jatt & Juliet 3' took the 5th place with 4.7 million dollars. Kareena, Kriti Sanon and Tabu's 'Crew' got 3.64 million while 'Tillu Square' earned 2.93 million. Superstar Mahesh Babu's 'Guntur Karam' got 2.63 million dollars. The last two spots were taken by Shahid's 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' and Ajay Devgn's 'Shaitaan' with $2.6 and $2.29 million dollars respectively.
