The upcoming Lok Sabha elections are going to get a glamorous touch. According to latest reports, 'Chirutha' beauty Neha Sharma is expected to enter the political scenario. Her father Ajay Sharma who is a leader from Congress Party has announced her political entry. He is an MLA in Bihar and he said that his daughter may get a ticket to compete from Bhagalpur constituency according to the seat distribution of tickets among parties in Mahaghatbandhan.
He stated, "Congress should get Bhagalpur constituency as it is our stronghold, talks on seat sharing arrangement is on. If we get this seat, it is up to the party’s high command to take a call on who can contest, if the party asks me, I will contest or maybe my daughter Neha Sharma might contest from this constituency. We will have to wait and see."
Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Yadav said, "Everything will be decided in two or three days. It is in the final stages. There are some issues over a seat or two, but everything will be sorted out."
Neha Sharma made her debut with 'Chirutha' in 2007 in which she indulged in a heavy glamour show. She did not get a lot of offers in Telugu since then. You don't always need box office success and recognition as a star heroine to become popular among the youth. She made her Bollywood debut with 'Crook' in 2010. She acted in movies like 'Mubarakan', 'Kya Super Cool Hain Hum' and did a key role in 'Tanhaji' as well. She entered the OTT arena with 'Illegal'.
