Rajnikanth-Hrithik: That Will Be Second Time Together

After the likes of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Shah Rukh Khan refused to star in the special cameo that’s being offered in Superstar Rajnikanth’s upcoming movie “Jailer 2”, finally, the talk is settling around Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan. Whether the macho hero will sign the dotted line or not is yet to be known, but then, the combination is exciting fans already. And this is not the first time Hrithk and Rajni will be seen in a film together.
Well, many are wondering why some movie lovers are claiming that this is not the first time Hrithik Roshan has acted with Superstar Rajni. Yes, this is not the first time. Back in 1986, in the film Bhagwan Dada, Hrithik Roshan acted as the son of Rajnikanth. Even Hrithik’s father Rakesh Roshan also acted in the movie. If Hrithik does Jailer 2 now, this will be the second time he has worked with Rajnikanth for the same reason. Though Hrithik hasn’t acted in a Rajni film after becoming a hero, definitely his reunion will create an earthquake in the film world for the kind of charisma he enjoys.
On the flip side, many are wondering why a lot of heroes are actually rejecting this cameo in Jailer2, even though the makers of the movie are offering them a huge chunk of money. With almost every star, discussions went on for days, and later the stars opted out. More than Hrithik’s cameo, Balakrishna’s cameo would have created more mileage in the Telugu states for the movie.
