Janhvi Revisits Sridevi's Classic Manava Manava Moment at Peddi Event

Janhvi Kapoor received a warm welcome at the grand pre-release event of Peddi, held in Vijayawada. The film stars Janhvi alongside Ram Charan and is directed by Buchi Babu. The sports action drama is set for a pan-India release on June 4. Several members of the film’s team, including Jagapathi Babu, Divyendu Sharma, A.R. Rahman, and cinematographer Rathnavelu, attended the event.

Addressing the crowd, Janhvi said, "Seeing the love you are showing us makes me very happy. I hope you come out of the theatres with the same love after watching Peddi. That love gives us the strength to work hard every day. Everything we do is to entertain you. This film is very special. The message of the movie is about finding your identity and understanding the meaning of your life."
She also shared a personal thought about her own purpose in life. Janhvi said, "The meaning of my life is making films and entertaining all of you. My identity is deeply connected with this land and with all of you. I am very grateful for the love you show me. I hope this film makes you proud, and I believe you will enjoy what we have created."
The actress also praised her co-stars and crew members. She said, "Peddi has already given me so much even before its release. It gave me the opportunity to work with Ram Sir. He is a gem and an amazing actor. Buchi Babu Sir is one of the most passionate directors I know. Randy is my favorite cinematographer, and Rahman Sir is a legend. The entire team has given their best for this film."
The audience cheered loudly throughout her speech. Later, host Suma asked Janhvi to recreate the famous "Manava Manava" dialogue from the classic film Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, which originally starred her mother Sridevi and Chiranjeevi. Janhvi delivered the dialogue in her own style, bringing smiles and laughter to everyone at the event.
