The incident took place at Shree Bala Chikshayalaya in Thane district, where a man named Gokul Jha brutally attacked a hospital receptionist after being told to wait his turn. Enraged, he kicked the receptionist, dragged her by the hair, and fled the scene. The shocking footage quickly went viral, sparking outrage online. Attempting to escape identification, the attacker shaved his beard and changed his look. But the police tracked him down, arrested him, and presented him in court. The investigation is still ongoing.

Reacting strongly to this horrifying act, Janhvi Kapoor took to Instagram and posted a powerful message: “Why would anyone think that such behavior is right? How can they raise their hands on another person? Shouldn’t there be at least a sense of remorse and guilt for this inhuman act? Would anyone want to be with you after seeing your behavior like this? This is a very shameful act. We should never forgive such behavior. If we do not condemn this incident and punish him, it will be a shame for us. This person should go to jail.”
