Janhvi Drops Suspense, Turns Up At Peddi Event

One of the biggest pieces of news that has come out in recent times is that ace Bollywood diva Janhvi Kapoor will not be turning up at the promotions of “Peddi”, because her role is quite short in the film. That led to some disappointments and also some praises for the team of the film, as they are not relying entirely on her charm in Mumbai to get attention. However, it looks like she has blasted off all the talks as she dropped the suspense.

Turning up in a sleeveless blouse, in a lavender colored saree avatar, Janhvi just stunned the onlookers at the Mumbai theatre where Peddi trailer launch took place.

She said, “It’s a lifetime honour for me to work with Ram Charan sir. My mom worked with Chiranjeevi sir, and now I’ve worked with Ram sir, giving a piece of me to the film”. She stated that Ram Charan is the best co-star she has ever worked with, and she even confirmed that she wants to do more films in the South. Regarding Peddi, Janhvi added that doing this film in the last two years has opened her up a lot, and whatever good work she’s doing in films these days is because of Peddi only.

Janhvi even thanked Buchi Babu for this, and added that the way she’s walking, the way she’s throwing up her skirt, holding those glasses and other spicy things inside Peddi, was only based on Buchi Babu’s direction. She stated that she would believe in Buchi’s conviction for the role, and followed him blindly on the sets. She wished that more South and Telugu films she’s looking forward to after Peddi release.

All this should put an end to some rumours anyway.
