Buzz: Janhvi Kapoor Moving To Allu Arjun Now

Janhvi Kapoor is clearly not slowing down in Telugu cinema. Even before one big film reaches theatres, she is already shifting focus onto another massive pan-India project. Immediately after Jr NTR’s Devaraa, the actress got Ram Charan’s Peddi. And now that the latter is hitting cinemas, it’s coming out that the Bollywood diva has found another big project here in Tollywood.

Other day, the actress already openly stated that she wants to do more Telugu films as she feels that the Telugu industry is her home. After wrapping up the promotional activities for Ram Charan’s Peddi, Janhvi will reportedly be allocated dates for Allu Arjun’s Raaka, directed by Atlee. Sources say the actress will join the film’s sets from next month, with the team planning to shoot some crucial scenes featuring Bunny and Janhvi. Interestingly, her presence in the film is not yet been announced, but it may be announced after she joins the team officially.

In fact, Deepika Padukone is said to be the main female lead in Raaka, while names like Mrunal Thakur and Rashmika Mandanna are also associated with the project, which is in the news. Now with Janhvi likely joining the film, the casting of heroines is getting loud and over the top, we have to say. Probably with the actor playing multiple roles in the movie, it looks like there are multiple heroines as well.

Given Atlee’s larger-than-life filmmaking style and Allu Arjun’s post-Pushpa global image, Raaka is being mounted on an enormous scale with several Hollywood technicians working on the film. Most of the shoot is currently happening inside massive indoor sets erected in Mumbai.
