Did NTR waste time with War 2?

Junior NTR spent a substantial amount of time shooting for his Bollywood debut film War 2. He wanted to gain the crucial Hindi market with this film, which also had Hrithik Roshan in the other lead role and was projected to be the big launch film for NTR in Bollywood.

But the result has been anything, but promising for NTR, as the film went absolutely fair at the box office and then Nandamuri, he did not get any sort of momentum with the same.

Going down as one of the failed attempts of NTR in recent years as the film could not generate much revenue at the box office and neither could bring him recognition in the Hindi belt.

This is going to be another failed attempt from a Telugu hero to capture the Hindi market, and this is not what NTR wanted after the success of RRR:

It really needs to be said that NTR must have been more cautious about the choice of the Director and also the film in itself if he really wanted a strong launch film in the Hindi belt. This bad miscalculation from Nandamuri Hero is backfiring badly, and this is not what he wanted at this point in time.

It appears that NTR has absolutely wasted time at the peak of his career for this Bollywood film that returned absolutely nothing for him.
