Apparently, Kajal Aggarwal stated to her husband at the time of her marriage that she wants to live together with her in-laws, that means her husband Gautham’s parents. Though most couples prefer to stay separately, Kajal says that she enjoyed growing up with her grandparents in the house, and she wants the same for her kid too. Her husband is said to have been shocked by her request, but then he agreed, as he wants to honour his wife’s wish.

Though those who heard Kajal’s words are getting shocked because, except for those couples who live in a separate city and work there, most of the Indian couples still stay with their parents or in-laws only, and that’s how the joint family system of India is always a big debate, even on the world stage. Probably Kajal might have thought that only she’s actually living in a joint family, some people quipped.
