Universal hero Kamal Haasan is going at jet speed in 2024. He is ready to arrive with 'Indian 2' on 12th July. Directed by Shankar, it is a sequel of 'Indian' which was released 28 years back. The expectations are quite high on this movie and the songs are already creating a lot of buzz. He is also working on 'Thug Life' with Mani Ratnam and it is expected to hit the screens by the end of this year.
Prior to these two, he will be seen in 'Kalki 2898 AD'. As we know, it is a huge project directed by Nag Ashwin. Starring Prabhas in the lead, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and others play key roles. There is a lot of talk regarding Kamal's role in the movie and the actor shocked everyone saying that it is a guest appearance. He even revealed that his part is already completed and it is a role that he had never done before.
The rumours on social media claim that Kamal will be seen for a very short time in the movie. Some say that it will be for two minutes while others say it is for 5 minutes. Apparently, it is going to be an impactful role despite the short screen time. Insiders say that he is going to be seen for 12 minutes in the movie and that too in the second half.

Ashwini Dutt is the movie's producer. Santosh Narayanan is the music composer while Djordje Stojilijkovic is the director of photography. Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD is set to be the biggest cinematic event of the year. Dulquer Salman is reportedly playing a special role in this movie as well.
