Kantara runtime: Will it be last 5 minutes again?

Indian cinema is fully occupied with the culture of franchise films these days and the trend is going to continue with Kanthara now. The original core idea of the film has been developed into chapter 1, and it is going to release in theatres on October 2.

In this context, the latest developments are suggesting that the film has locked a runtime of 168 minutes, which roughly converts to 2 hours and 48 minutes.

This is very optimal runtime for any commercial film as this comes with the right volume to establish the story while also not boring the audience with too long sequences.

However, the First part of the film also had similar runtime, but the majority of the story was deserved to the final five minutes, which was an explosive climax episode. We have to wait and see if the same will be the second part as well.

If that is the case, then the grand and visuals that were shown in the trailer could get overloaded, so the responsibility is on Director and Hero Rishabh Shetty to make sure that the overall experience of the film is carried through the course of the proceedings.

This is a conscious change that the makers will have to incorporate in order to deliver a refined individual experience to the audience.

The team is currently occupied with the promotional campaign and more material could be out today. This film is going to be one of the biggest opening Kannada films of all time, and this stage is set for the same.
