Should Telugu Heroes Follow Allu Arjun?

There was a recent controversy around Allu Arjun after a Media campaign manager made a series of wild allegations, saying that his team has a set of 42 rules that are to be followed while meeting him.

Brand strategist Kaveri Baruah has publicly retracted her claims about Telugu star Allu Arjun and apologised after widespread backlash over a podcast remark that went viral online. Baruah had sparked controversy during an episode of Sweekriti Talks when she said Allu Arjun’s team gave her a list of “42 dos and don’ts” before a meeting, implying strict and unusual rules governing interactions with the actor.

The remarks quickly circulated across social media and headlines, leading many to question the actor’s professional conduct. In a statement, Baruah admitted her comments were incorrect and not based on any verified document or factual material. She clarified that no such list was issued by Allu Arjun or his representatives, and her remarks were made casually during conversation.

Baruah expressed sincere regret for any reputational harm or misunderstanding her statements may have caused and withdrawn the remarks in their entirety, emphasizing her respect for the star’s body of work. The Sweekriti Talks host also issued a clarification and removed the episode and related reels from platforms, saying the segment was part of a broader discussion and not intended to defame anyone. Allu Arjun’s team had previously dismissed the original claims as baseless and untrue, even initiating legal action against the spread of misinformation.

This is a time when several Telugu heroes are facing several allegations from Media personalities without any logical backing. But now, Allu Arjun has set a strong narrative by warning, legal action, and getting good clarification from the Media representative. Perhaps it is time for other Telugu heroes also to learn from this and apply it accordingly.
