Finally, Vamsi Acknowledged Official Budget Of Kingdom!

Passionate producer, Naga Vamsi is currently anticipating the theatrical release of his upcoming film Kingdom. As the film is preparing for its release on July 31, the producer has revealed an interesting bit of information regarding the production scale and also the budgeting quota of this film.

Vamsi revealed that this Vijay Deverakonda film was shot on a huge scale, and the overall budget got increased by 15 to 20% due to the action part that is involved.

Vamsi acknowledged that the film ended up costing in the range of ₹130 crore for the producer. This is by far the biggest film ever to be made in the non superstar segment of Tollywood. Massive expectations and financial allocations were made for this Vijay Deverakonda project, and this is pretty much some of the kind of enigma that the hero holds as well.

Vamsi revealed that massive pieces and action episodes were designed for this film, and this ended up costing the exchequer a lot of money. He even revealed that assessable portion of the film was shot in Sri Lanka, and also at a private island in Vizag.

This is going to be one of the costliest gamble taken by the producer, but the positive thing here is that Netflix has already bought the OTT rights for around ₹50 crore. Theatrical rates are also expected to fetch decent money. And on top of that, there is the Hindi release prospect, which will also add to the revenues.
