Upcoming Telugu Kiran Abbavaram seems to have played a very clever move, not just as a hero, but as a producer who understands the current game. With his first production venture Thimmarajupalli TV, he didn’t just make a film, but actually introduced 50 new faces. And here’s why they say it is a smart gamble for self-satisfaction.

Apparently, Thimmarajupalli TV's non-theatrical rights are reportedly sold to Aha for ₹4 crore. That itself puts the project into a comfortable zone with a table profit already secured. Whatever comes from theatres now is a bonus. That’s smart production thinking. However, that might have happened due to the image Kiran Abbavaram has, as a hero. And this is where the comparison naturally comes in with hero Nani.

Over the last few years, Nani has quietly built terrific reputation as a producer. Films like Awe, HIT series, Court and Meet Cute (anthology) have shown that he is not just backing projects, but backing content. He is giving opportunities to new talent, while also ensuring the films are commercially viable.

Coming to Kiran, he seems to be attempting something similar, but with a different approach, going bigger on the number of newcomers. Out of those 50 new faces, even if 3–4 actors or technicians stand out, this project becomes a success beyond numbers. That’s when the film gets real value, and surely gives immense self satisfaction to Kiran Abbavaram as well.

On the other hand, Kiran Abbavaram’s active promotions for the film along with wife Rahasya Gorak, his debut film heroine, are also clicking big time for Thimmarajupalli TV.
