At the grand reveal event of Thimmarajupalli TV in Hyderabad, producer-actor Kiran Abbavaram spoke about the heart behind the project, emphasizing his long-standing desire to support emerging talent. He revealed that the idea to make a film with newcomers existed even before he found stability in the industry.

Despite uncertainties in his early career, he held onto the belief that one day he would be in a position to uplift others and Thimmarajupalli TV is a realization of that promise. Kiran highlighted the film’s rooted storytelling, sharing how the narrative draws inspiration from real-life village experiences from the 1990s.

He fondly recalled a time when televisions were rare in villages, and entire communities would gather to watch together. He explained that the film captures that innocence and emotional simplicity, while weaving in suspense and drama. According to him, the director was clear from the beginning that the film should remain honest and not follow commercial formulas.

He also stressed the team’s dedication, noting that the entire cast and crew lived in a village environment during production, away from comfort. He praised debut director Muniraj’s commitment, stating that such sincerity deserves recognition. Encouraging audiences to watch the film in theatres on April 17, Kiran said the performances alone would be worth the experience and expressed confidence that the film would connect strongly, especially with families and 90s audiences.
