What is next for Koratala: Is it Devara 2?

It is already known that veteran Director Koratala Siva had a decent comeback film in the form of Devara, which released in September last year, and it was a significant success at the box office. There is a lot of discussion happening about the next film from Siva, and here is the same.

The buzz around Devara 2 is back again. After a long silence, the team has confirmed that the movie is in progress. Director Koratala Siva has finalized the script, and he will soon narrate it to Jr NTR. The actor is expected to finish his current projects by the end of 2025, after which the shooting for Devara 2 will begin.

The film�s shooting is likely to start in early 2026 and be completed by Dussehra 2026. The makers are planning to release the movie during Sankranti 2027. Some important scenes, about 25 minutes of the sequel, have already been shot during the first part�s schedule.

The team is making changes to the story based on the response to Devara: Part 1. They want to make the second part stronger with more emotions and clear answers to the mysteries left in the first film. Janhvi Kapoor�s role will also be bigger and more meaningful this time.

What is to be noted here is that Siva has been without a project and ever since completing the first part of Devara. So it has to be seen if he would be rusty or whether he would be on track to start this project on time.
