Koratala Siva Working On Devara 2: What’s Up?

Director Koratala Shiva erased the tragic memories from Acharya with his latest film, Devara. This film provided some much needed respite for Koratala on multiple levels as he could deliver at least a face saving film.

However, Koratala is left with no other major project at hand, even after Deva and he is left with no other option, but to make the sequel for the film, which was hinted in the ending of the first part.

At first, it looked like the sequel of the film was nearly gone case, as even fans were not excited about this prospect due to the half baked approach taken for the first part. However, with time, things are starting to change, and the chances of this sequel happening are getting stronger by the day.

Now there are reports that Cortana and NTR could very well be kickstarting. The shooting for this sequel of Devara starting from this October. NTR recently completed War 2 and he will kickstart the Prashanth Neel film by the end of this month.

Once the shooting for the Prashanth film is done and dusted, NTR will be a free man, and this could be happening by the end of this year. In the meanwhile, Siva could be working on the sequel for Devara, and the tentative plan is to take this project on the floors from this October.

If this sequel does indeed happen when it could be one of the unlikely projects that are coming to life in Tollywood. Even that case, NTR would have done War 2 and Prashanth Neel’s film by the time Devara 2 releases so there will be a healthy gap between the two parts of the action drama film.

That being said an official and confirmation on the scheduling of the second part of Devara is awaited for now. It has to be seen how things will plan out for NTR henceforth.
