Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has made another savvy real estate investment, this time acquiring a 2,000 sq ft plot in the premium Sol de Alibaug project developed by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) in Alibaug, Maharashtra.

This purchase comes shortly after her industry peer Amitabh Bachchan acquired a 10,000 sq ft plot in the same project. Sanon's decision to invest in Alibaug's real estate market highlights her strategic approach to building a diverse property portfolio. In the past, she has also invested in a commercial space in Bangalore.

The recent inauguration of the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) has further enhanced the convenience and connectivity of Alibaug, making it an increasingly attractive destination for those seeking a sophisticated weekend retreat from the bustling city of Mumbai. Sanon's investment in Sol de Alibaug, a premium project by the tech-enabled real estate firm HoABL, underscores her confidence in the long-term potential of this emerging market.
