Huge Downfall In 'Leo' Collections On Day 2!

'Leo' is a movie that released with massive expectations and people hoped that Lokesh Kanagaraj will deliver another banger like 'Vikram' and 'Khaidi'. But something happens to him while working with Vijay as he loses his magic instantly. The same happened with 'Master' and 'Leo' is even worse than it as per reports.

The film opened to stupendous collections on the first day. It grossed over 140 crores worldwide on the day of its release. It minted a nett of 64.8 crores in India which is amazing. Interestingly, the movie's collections went down by 36 crores on the second day which means that it had a drop of 44% according to the Sacnilk industry tracker. The gross collections began at 74 crores but reportedly dropped to 42.5 crores on the second day. It made 24 crores gross in Tamil Nadu. Interestingly, it got 6 crores gross in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala each.

It got 4.5 crores approximately in Karnataka which makes the domestic nett collections of 'Leo' more than 100 crores in two days. While these are great, the drop in collections is a bad sign and it may increase in the days to come. We need to wait and see how the film performs after the weekend is done. Fans of Vijay hoped to cross the collections of 'Jailer' with 'Leo'. While Rajni's film grossed 604.25 crores in its lifetime, many experts suggest that Vijay's 'Leo' may not cross it at all.
