Is Lokesh Trying This Gimmick To Save Coolie?

It is already known that extremely talented Tamil filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj is being lambasted by the South Indian audience for his lazy work for Coolie. While the expectation was that this film would deliver an action oriented experience in theatres, it brutally fell shot of the same.

Shortly after the negative reviews took over something interesting happened from the camp associated with Lokesh as media was bombarded with articles and stories about how he is planning a film with Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan next.

It is being extensively reported that Lokesh is going to work with Kamal and Rajini for his upcoming project, and it would be a sensational standalone film.

This could be pretty good news if it is a project that is being conceived on its own, but at the same time, there is also a parallel narrative that this could be a gimmick to bring the audience to theatres for Coolie.

Lokesh could be hoping that the news about his upcoming collaboration with Rajini and Kamal could bring excitement on the Coolie film that’s running in theatres. It could naturally ignite curiosity amongst the audience to watch this film before Lokesh conceives another project with Kamal and Rajini.
